Jonathan Hammond - Principal
Having first opened the doors of Hammond Harwood on 1st July 1988, Jonathan has been the Principal driving force of the Company and is now based at the Bingham Office as the Valuer & Practice Manager.
Whilst selling property within the Bingham and Vale of Belvoir area is very important to Jonathan, the numerous Sponsorship arrangements that he has created are his pride and joy; helping many of the local clubs, groups, associations and charities as a result of successful house sales.
In addition, he is very well known locally as the creator of the annual Hammond Harwood Quiz which raises well needed funds for ChildLine. A copy of the Quiz is available from the link on the home page.

12 years of loyal service with Jonathan at the Bingham Office have resulted in Rebecca's role of overseeing all activity at the Bingham Office as Manager.
Once a house sale has been agreed, Rebecca monitors all aspects of the procedure including chasing the Solicitors, chasing the Building Societies, chasing the Surveyors and everyone and everything in between.... all in a day's work!

Some of you may have noticed when looking in the window or passing the office that there is a new face at Hammond Harwood. Katy arrived in March of 2011 and has fitted in perfectly. Whether your viewing a property, wanting more information on a property, or just popping in the office for a chat Katy is more than happy to assist on any questions or queries you might have.
She is dedicated to providing a first class service at all times, and achieving the highest percentage of selling prices to asking prices at the same time. Katy understands how stressful it can be going through the process of selling and buying a house, so rest assured she will always greet you with a smile and be more than ready to help!

Stephen Clarke – Sherwood Office Valuer
Steve Clarke is thoroughly enjoying his second stint at Hammond Harwood based at the successful Sherwood Office. As the Valuer, Steve has more experience in the local market than any other Estate Agent, so you can be assured of realistic vaulations based on plenty of knowledge. The branch on Mansfield Road has had the pleasure of selling many properties two, three and, recently, for the fourth time…we must be doing something right to achieve so much repeat business!

Elise Wharrad – Sherwood Office Manager
Every Estate Agency office needs to have someone in charge; someone who is level headed and calm at all times and Elise is that very special person at our Sherwood Office. Taking everything in her stride with a smile, Elise looks after all aspects of the day to day running of the Office and is thoroughly enjoying her time at Sherwood having had an intense training period at the Bingham Office working alongside Jonathan & Rebecca to see how things are done ‘the Hammond Harwood Way!’

Elena Watson – Lettings Manager
With plenty of experience behind her, Elena is the ideal person to look after anyone requiring rental advice - whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant.
Operating a very 'clever' computer system which Elena is able to access from anywhere, Elena covers both the Sherwood and Bingham areas with ease. With a large database of tenants, Landlords can be assured of a positive response once a property is brought to the rental market....but it's not just finding any tenant, it's finding the right tenant!
